Scholarships & Bursaries

3X5A2627Eaton Arrowsmith offers scholarships and bursaries to our community.

Bursary allocation is based on financial need. Amounts offered also vary according to need.

Scholarship applicants (students or parents) create a persuasive presentation (500 word essay or three-minute multimedia presentation) and scholarships are awarded based on these applications.

Please note that, to apply for a scholarship or bursary, a student must either be enrolled or officially offered a place at Eaton Arrowsmith.

Application Deadlines

Applications for scholarships and bursaries are due each year in December. Students receiving financial aid have until mid-January to accept their scholarship and/or bursary by confirmation of enrollment for the following school year.

Deadlines for 2018-2019 Scholarships and Bursaries:

  • December 6, 2017 – Applications are due by noon
  • December 15, 2017 – Scholarships and bursaries are offered / recipients are informed
  • January 19, 2018 – Scholarships and bursaries must be accepted by noon on January 19, 2018

The scholarship and bursary program is an important part of giving back to our community and continues to grow each year. Our goal is to continue to enable more students to access Eaton Arrowsmith.

*Please note that scholarship and bursary amounts given range from 2.5% to 30% of the yearly tuition rate, with the majority falling between 5% and 10%.
